How can I join?
You can always register through our app available in Google Play Store.

I don’t want to pay, can I still become a member?
Yes, you can use a 365days free membership plan, however you will get half the value of Quacks as compared to Premium Customers i.e. 1Quacks = ₹0.50.

How can I earn Quacks?
When you shop with a store listed in our system, they will enter your invoice details when you present them the card, the points will be calculated on your invoice total and will be reflected on your account.
Example - ABC store is offering 10% discounts on every purchase. While checking out, you made a payment of ₹1000 against the invoice. When presenting the membership card at the store, you will earn 10% worth of points in my account from the store i.e. you earn 100 Quacks from the store. -
How can I redeem Quacks?
As of now, you can only redeem the Quacks earned from a particular store at the same store only. You can always visit the store again next time or have another invoice raised against the offers uploaded by the store for 100% redemption of your Quacks.

My total Quacks showing in the app is 1000 with the store, but when I went to the ABC store, they said I can only get ₹500 off. What about the remaining 500 Quacks?
For the customer who are on Free Plan / Silver Plan, value of 1Quacks = ₹0.50. Thus, 1000 Quacks = ₹500.

How can I use Quacks?
Quacks can be used to make payment against the purchases at the partner stores.

What happens to my Quacks when my membership plan expires?
Your accumulated Quacks do not expire and are carry-forwarded for the next year if you are on Gold / Premium Plan. However, for Silver / Free Plan customers, their Quacks expires are 365 days.

What are the benefits of premium membership over a free membership plan?
Premium Membership doubles your saving with every purchase. 1Quacks = ₹1 for Premium Plan as compared to ₹0.50 for Free members.

We are providing you the personal advertising tool, where you can advertise and market your offers directly into the customer’s mobile app.

How are you going to do that?
We are going to help you provide exclusive discounts to the customers through our app and offer you 10 advertisement slots, which can be updated as and when you decide.

What are the benefits I get?
We will help you pool your unique customers into our platform, so that you can get a larger database of the customers.

Won’t I lose my unique customers if other stores can also target them?
We personally feel that a larger customer base will help in increasing our sales. Even if you manage to convert 1% new customers into sales, this will definitely help your business.

How does it work?
We will provide a discount to the customers in the form of cash-back points, which they will redeem against the purchase. This discount will be in the form of cash discounts which are currently offered by you.

We will be providing you the platform to advertise more and minimize your marketing expenditure.

I already provide cash-discount to my customers, what has changed?
Through our platform, you will be providing cash-less discounts. We will provide Quacks to the customers on your behalf instead of cash, ensuring that those Quacks are encashed again on your store only.

Is this a loyalty points based model? I already use another one in my store. What’s your USP?
Yes this is similar to a loyalty points based model. In addition to that, you will get 10 advertising slots for everyday and a larger set of customers to target. Our USP is Central Customer Database which will increase your reach. Moreover, we are provinding one wallet to customers with sub-wallets for individual stores.

Where can I put my advertisement? How often can I change my advertisement?
Once we have you on-board, we will provide you the Vendor Login Portal. You can use the OFFER tab in the web-app to upload your advertisement. You can change your advertisement 24x365!.

Where does the customer see my advertisement?
Customers can see your advertisement in their app on the OFFERS tab. They will have to sort the CITY name first, and then they can see the list of all the partner stores. When he clicks on your store’s name, he can see your offer.

How can I know if a customer is interested in my offer?
When a customer chooses to avail any OFFER you are providing, you will get a notification on your email with the customer’s name and offer he availed.

What are the charges?
Charges depends on vendor type. will charge you the 10% service fee on the discount you are providing. Along with that ₹600 per month for all the 10 advertisement slots. For the stores who are not interested in providing Quacks, they can simply chose to advertise their offers at ₹3000 per month for 10 advertisement slots.
